Quality Self Storage specializes in U-Haul truck rental and self storage, but owner Mark Shirey strives to meet all of his customers’ do-it-yourself-moving needs with a broad range of products and services, such as propane-tank refilling and hitch installation. At the Roswell and Cumming facilities, climate-controlled storage units line five-foot-wide aisles and feature extra-wide doors for easy loading and unloading of large items, such as bed frames or mastodon fossils. A 24-hour surveillance system guards stored items, and digital-key-code access bars unauthorized entry. Since its founding in 1994, Quality has become one of the largest U-Haul authorized dealers in the country.
