As part of celebrated Goose Island brewery's Migration Week, Wild Goose Chase sends beer-loving detectives running, skipping, moseying, and hiccuping across the city on a quest for five Golden Goose Eggs. Clutching smartphones with QR-reader apps, participants set on a trail riddled with riddles, puzzles, challenges, and clues that will lead them to the eggs. Sleuths who've brushed up on their knowledge of Goose Island brewery will find themselves at an advantage, as will those who don costumes—a prize awaits the wearer of the best ensemble. The top five finishers receive rewards, which range from a Chicago weekend trip for two to a Goose Island swag pack. Prizewinner or not, everyone gets to celebrate and partake of some Goose Island's refreshments at the event's conclusion.
