Jennifer Gray puts her 15 years of fitness-industry experience to use formulating goal-oriented programs for women. Gray begins with a healthy helping of circuit weight training and kickboxing before adding a pinch of Pilates, a dash of yoga for flexibility, and a sprinkling of belly dancing for core strengthening. I workout at least 3-5 times a week for 30-45 minutes. Today was my first class, I quickly found out. I need Jenn's help

Every time I stopped by they were closed or whoever was opening was late arriving. Finally gave up after numerous attempts.

Disappointed of how much time is spent on boxing when various exericises could of been done to achieve an over all body transformation. Example: Circuit training, TRX. Felt that the boxing of 50 minutes was all about quantity instead of quality. On the website it doesn't specify what exactly "bootcamp" is. Would of been helpful knowing what I was getting into before attending the first class.
