PHYSICAL LOCATION: Well appointed facility with calm & relaxed atmosphere, located in a less trafficked location with handy parking lot in front of building. Verve clean, well maintained environment. STAFF: Greeted by pleasant & professional staff. Felt like I was safe and in good, competent hands. EQUIPMENT: Well organized and maintained. SESSION: Procedure was well explained, questions were answered and requests accommodated. OVERALL IMPRESSION: Very positive and glad I made the decision to switch from the Fairfield CT facility I was using previously. Thanks for the good experience!
