Good service. Found mold in our home and we had to purchase a much bigger service package. They gave us a great discount.

There cleaning process did very little to actually clean out the ducts. A waste of money.

Tried to charge me 75.00 for 5 extra vents when the offer said unlimited. Did a terrible job of reassembling my unit.. leaving over a dozen screws not put back in place , didn't reassemble my vent pipe correctly. Never cleaned out my air vents

Unprofessional, vacuum used was not powerful and did not clean the ducts. There was still dirt and dust in vents. They said we had terrible black mold which needed chemical treatment when we actually did not have mold. l

These guys are scam. The vacuum this guy brought was not sucking anything at all. When I said that to him he said this is what I use at every place. Complete scam.

Being a first time homeowner i ordered this deal do to not having them looked or cleaned since moving in. The guys that came in seemed like good hard working guys, easy to talk to. Some of the problems where one there window of arrival was 5hrs opening way to much time (10am-3pm). Second even with that window they showed up 2hrs late (5pm). They didnt call to let me know about it either. Third there staff knowledge over there own product is not there either. The office help didnt know any of the questions i asked and the crew that was sent was trying to charge me more for service that i already paid for. I would rate them a D+... watch out what they charge you and understand it.
