Emily was the perfect teacher. Very pleasant, knowledgeable in her pasta skills. All of my friends including myself had an absolutely wonderful time. All the pasta and sauces were delicious. We would like to do tis experience again.

The chocolates were great, but they were all scrambled up in the box! Something to absorb the alcohol would be awesome, like some neutral bread.

We had an awesome time and learned a lot about beer origins as well as different flavor notes that complement each other. I would highly recommend for fellow foodies who enjoy a tasty draft.

Great class

Good idea, However, After several attempts, I was not able to duplicate the recipe of Mozzarella cheese making at home; which is to main point to taking this class. I was disappointed. I did like however, how it was presented and set up and enjoying what we made in the class. But as the class went, I would have concentrated on one or two recipes instead of four. Carmen Disho
