We've done about 4 of these cooking classes. They are so much fun! Hubby and I use them as a date night thing. The classes are usually participatory & most times include a glass of wine or beer. We did the Tamale class and came home with 12 tamales (that we made) after having a delicious dinner. The Co-op also gives you a discount coupon for shopping afterwards! Always fun and proffesional!

The classes are easy to understand, handouts help after class if you want to recreate the recipes & they give you a discount coupon to go shopping with at the coop.

The best cooking class I've ever been to. Great atmosphere, great food, and applicable skills that I've been able to transfer to in my own home. Thank you!

Excellent class! Small class size that allows for interaction, questions and answers. Food was great. I'm not a vegan but I found a lot of recipes that I will be able to experiment at home with my family.

What a fun experience. Staff was great and the chef kept us all engaged with his sense of humor. He made the meal prep look so easy. Now if I could only borrow all of those kitchen gadgets and the folks who so nicely prepped all of the ingredients, I might start cooking on a regular basis.
