Crossfit in itself is very intimidating. I was nervous the first day that I went to CrossFit envy because I wasn't sure what to expect. I thought they would throw me in and wish me luck. But instead Matt, Jordan, Megan, Vero and Danielle all greeted me and screened me before throwing me into any real heavy stuff. They walk you through all the movements and encourage you to start slow and gradually work up to heavy weights over time. Matt is the one who primarily teaches all of the classes here at Envy. The environment once you stick around and get to meet people is awesome and welcoming. If you are interested in trying out CrossFit I would highly recommend that you try it here at Envy. You will fall in love with the workouts and all the determination that other members have to be better.
