A friend and I tried out this place and we loved it. Hot yoga was intense but we enjoyed it. Check it out if you haven’t tried.

I love this studio. It’s been ten years since I’ve walked through the door and nothing has changed, except my yoga experience. It’s only become better. I am grateful for this studio and those who work there and lead classes. There’s an energy within this studio that you don’t find at others.

I love this place! It’s so calming and I’m glad I got to come back after so many years. The instructors have always been awesome here.
Yoga Loka co-founders Bill and Sandy McCauley, inspired by the centering benefits of Bikram yoga, worked to achieve Bikram teaching certification and open their own yoga studio in 1995. Now supported by a talented team of instructors, the McCauleys welcome students of all experience levels to discover the 90-minute Bikram style. During each class, instructors lead students through a set of 26 postures and two breathing exercises, and the studio's balmy temperatures, like South American vacations, induce sweating to help rid the body of toxins and build an appreciation for winter.
