Wendy Sebastian of Refresh Your Soul cares for bodies from the inside out with nutrition and detox services. A former fitness competitor, Wendy felt the toll chemicals and extreme diets took on her body, and eventually turned to a life of whole foods and natural ingredients. She now teaches clients how to cook in a healthier, more holistic manner, eschewing junk food and fake plastic fruit in favor of local, sustainable eats. In an effort to cleanse the body completely, she also promotes the practice of colon hydrotherapy—the flushing of the lower digestive tract with warm, filtered water.
