My husband and I have been enjoying the Yoga Class for Beginners. We both love it and look forward to it every week! In fact, we recently purchased an additional package at Dudas so we can continue to attend the classes. Everyone is very nice and helpful. Our first few classes were with Nicole. She was wonderful....so energetic, knowledgeable and patient! Our last few classes have been with Reena. She, too, seems like a very good instructor. We feel like we get a good workout and would recommend the classes to others!

I was new to "real" yoga & had only ever done at home. Danielle was very friendly & helpful. The class made me feel very welcome!

Nicole is so awesome she called and took the time to explain the yoga classes and help me figure out exactly what will work for me. I am so excited to try my first class! If everyone is as wonderful and helpful as Nicole I will definitely be going here more often!! Thank you for having such wonderful customer service and listening to my needs to help me find the right class to accomplish my goals!
