They arrived and left on time -- and cleaned with such industry while they were in my home. Great communication, willingness to be flexible about where they focus their efforts. I am looking forward to an ongoing arrangement with them!

I highly recommend Driven 2 Clean. You basically get two professionals for the price of one, and they do a thorough job! I already scheduled them for next month!

The two cleaners who came to my home were here for 45 minutes total from the time I left my house to the time they called me to let me know when they were done. Upon inspecting my small apartment after they left (where I only asked them to clean one of the two bedrooms), I found that they didn't lift things off of bathroom and kitchen counters- they just cleaned around them, leaving giant streaks of dust and dirt. They also left my shower/tub and the floor boards throughout my home untouched. This was a complete waste of money and I would not recommend Driven 2 Clean to anyone.

Cleaning itself was sub-par. Areas weren't dusted, main trash was not taken out, bed looked like a 3rd grader had made it. The worst part was that they broke my shower head off, taped it back together with packing tape, and didn't tell me. I had to find out when I got home. To add insult to injury, the "gentleman" I spoke with regarding the issue told me that the shower head was old and already broken... The customer service I experienced trying to resolve the issue and get a refund was by far the most unprofessional I have ever experienced.

The house looked good when they left but I did discover that they just didn't do a thorough job...found several tables, shelves, etc. that had not been dusted or wiped clean including the kitchen counters.
