They did a good job - carpets were very clean afterwards.

Called & came early. Very polite.

Satin Touch said they can't move any furniture per their insurance and does not have heated water on their small van. They have to fill up out of your house. Carpets did not dry for over 24 hours. Seems like water was not sucked up well.

I thought they were ok, but not great.

I was dissatisfied with the cleaning service. I contacted them and was told to send pictures of the issues. Kristina with Satin Touch assured me we could figure out a resolution. I sent the pictures and have since left 3 voice mail messages for her and to date have not heard back.

My carpets are still wet, they said they would be dry in one to two hours and it's been 3 days.

Service was great! Very friendly. The equipment how-ever. Very outdated, did not do a very good job cleaning the carpet.

The owner claimed he would be here for the first clean, he said its something that is always offered. He was a no show, but the cleaner was nice. He also promised me fragrance-free and natural cleaning products, but he didn't tell the cleaner so she didn't bring anything. I paid for 4 hours, I got home hour 3 and she was gone, and the kitchen wasn't cleaned. Countertops still dirty, stainless fridge still dirty... not sure if the floor was washed.
