Staff was not friendly at all and almost seemed bothered by the 3 of us who were there to do business. A young man was waiting on me but he evidently had not been trained to know about the items in the store, including what containers were used by what weights of foods. But he was nicer than the females. When I called the phone number, I was told that they were ONLY a bakery and only had baked goods, but I went anyway because I had the coupons and needed to use them anyway.

nice selection of items, however, would like to see more cannolis available. They seem to always be out when I go. Good selection of cookies and other pastries as well. Really enjoyed being able to treat my guests to Valenti's pastries for a holiday get-together. And, I was able to introduce to others about Valenti's Bakery.

The personnel were very nice and enjoyed the pastry.

I brought the cakes I purchased to Christmas gathering everyone raved about how delicious they were. I know I will be back along with other from the gathering.
