It took a long time for her to do my hair but she is just starting her own business and I respect that. We were all starting out once and learning our own techniques.

There was no running water. The cut looks nothing like the picture I showed, it's MUCH shorter and choppier. My scalp is burnt. I have chemical burns all over my head. It's tender to the touch and I have had to put neosporin all over my scalp.

The haircut and highlights I received were awful. I went home and immediately booked an appointment with another salon to fix both the cut and highlights. The highlights are about an inch from my hairline and not blended well. The cut is jagged and uneven and the highlights only accentuate the poor cut.

I want my $ back. It'll take a few years for my hair to get back to being healthy
