Other participants are friendly as is the owner/trainer. He will make you feel comfortable and at home while pushing you to your personal limit. I cannot say enough great things about FIT Studios - JUST GO!!

Evan McDaniels, the trainer, has made this a fun and personalized experience focusing on key parts of health and fitness. I have also enjoyed working out with other motivated persons with great personalities. I look forward to continuing my fitness training.
