Not every shot at Crescent Golf Club is created equal. Though the usual requirements of distance, accuracy, and guts are necessary to score well throughout the 18-hole course, a few shots stand out and may even haunt players well after their round is over. On No. 8—a par 3—tee shots must sail over a pond before alighting on a shallow green, leaving little room for error. On the par 4 16th, meanwhile, a tricky approach onto an elevated green can provide some drama as competitors fight to sink shots without resorting to wizardry. If these holes trip players up, a 7-acre driving range rubs shoulders with the course near the clubhouse, providing plenty of opportunity for them to hone their swings in preparation for their next bout with the course.

This is a great course for an affordable price. I went during the winter season so the fairways weren't quite as green as should be but the greens were great. Would definitely go there again.

Golf course is good. There were a couple (2 or 3) holes that the grass was sparse due to shade, trees and hills. Other than that we had a great time and found some really challenging holes.
*knowing how to judge your distances (unlike me) so you don't over club and end up in the woods on a dog leg is also helpful. :p

Staff is great but the course is not in good shape. Been playing there for years and this might be the last time. Fairways are in bad shape, tee boxes are rough just not a good place right now. Hopefully they get it together.

Course has not been maintained very well since i played it last. Bunkers are hard, fairways are sparce and greens are patchie. One hole has a temporary green.

The course was in terrible shape. Fairways had bare spots, the grass was dead, and a few of the greens had large areas with no grass at all. Although most of the greens were in pretty good shape compared to the rest of the course. I will not be going back.
