Clean environment and detox yoga. Last 1:30 minutes. There are a few one hour classes.

I have done Yoga one time prior to this experience, and I did not have a strong desire to do it again. I am hooked on Bikram Yoga! The instruction was outstanding, the atmosphere was welcoming and the heat was amazing! Bring a beach towel for the top of your mat if you tend to sweat a lot! The heat really helped me with flexibility. I felt amazing after the class. Highly recommend!

Salt Lake City Bikram Yoga SLC is a wonderful yoga studio! Super clean and relaxing! All the while getting a intense work out! I love this place! I’m glad I got a good deal to go back!

The studio itself is beautiful, welcoming and clean. All of the instructors are very knowledgeable and friendly. Just an overall wonderful place!

The instruction has been excellent. The teachers give options for difficulty. The studio is lovely. I enjoy the heat in the studio. Very happy with the experience.
