I absolutely loved Poise and Strength Pilates. I had always wanted to try pilates but really fell in love after a few classes. I would highly recommend Poise and Strength. (PS Heather is my favorite instructor, but they all really are awesome!)

I had not done Pilates before and was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed it. My instructor was really great! I would love to continue taking classes.
