They canceled my first appointment 15 minutes before it was supposed to start. They were 2 hours late to my next appointment and I had to call 3 times before I reached anyone and they came. When he arrived he didn't know what he was here for (carpet or upholstery cleaning) and it was clear he had little experience. The floor was soaking wet for 3 hours and now that it's drying the stains are becoming visible again. It feels sticky to walk on. I am Completely unsatisfied with the entire experience and would dissuade anyone from using their unprofessional services.
