Pleasant on phone to schedule. Arrived promptly. Worked quickly and efficiently. Got out most of the stains. Carpet dried in 4 hours and looks great.

Charles was timely and very professional, he showed up even a few minutes early and was friendly, quick, and efficient with steaming my carpet. I strongly recommend Rhino steam clean!
