The Union is not for everyone. However, I enjoyed it. I loved that they have such a sense of community. I know most people shy away from spending 90 minutes in 113 degrees, but I love it. My body felt refreshed after. All instructors were friendly and encouraged questions.

I always get so much from coming here. I sleep better, my body aligns itself so it's less achey and their breathing techniques help me to release stress.
