I appreciate the fact that Factory Mattress is a local, not national, business. The salesman, Joe, was thorough and professional and very nice, and he did not try to sell me more than I needed or wanted.

I had an issue with the fact that the stores don't carry inventory and you had to order a day in advance or go to their distribution center to make purchase.
