Great atmosphere, had been there before and was very well received by Jen and Jonathon, they are awesome always willing to work with you and specific needs, the boot camp is fun yet challenging. I recommend it n you wont regret it. Results are always positive.

Its a bit hidden Theres a ramp going down stairs Definitely eat before going & Gatorade might be better than water, at least for me it is Its quick, back to back workouts with a little 30 second break Killed me on my first week lol I like it But you have to eat right to see progress
