I like that fact that they did not take any longer than they said it would be and how the service man came out to tell me what my car needed and their friendly customer service

Service of getting the jeep appliance fixed. We undertand that there is a time of the year when you all get busy but when we asked the service person when is the best time to bring the car in he said in so many words "never". Sounded like excuses. It's bull that we have extended warranty and the jeep is 3.5 months old and we can't get a car rental for it. They never gave me an option and we would have to be without a car till the company approves it. I have had over 25 cars and never had this experience. Everyone always offered the car.

Service person asked me why i was taking a ford to a chrysler dealer. Even though I had been there before.
