Rude service! Waited for over 3 hours and was charged an additional $60.00 for synthetic oil! Really? I was never told how much more of an up charge there would be!

I would never go back I expect more from a dealership and I went there for a tire rotation and they put my tires on wrong and could feel the difference right away. I was scared so I went to the original place I got my tires.
