The only small complaint is that when I purchased the coupons, they specifically mentioned "hand wash and wax." When we showed up, we were told that the wax job would be done through the automated car wash and if we preferred a hand wax, we could pay an extra $15! We paid the extra $15 because we didn't want a mediocre job. Our cars look great.
