Awesome service & super friendly staff. I was in and out within 10 minutes. They installed a new oil drain plug that I brought in, since a different oil change shop badly rounded off the original one. Also, the oil filter on my Jeep is a cartridge style filter, which other shops have tried charging me an extra $30 for. They only added $4 to the bill, which is basically the wholesale price. A truly honest shop that earned my trust. I will return to Tom's for my next oil change.

It was really cold when I went, so there was really no wait. They changed the oil and did the inspection fast. Normally, there isn't much of a wait mid morning or mid afternoon, but there might be a 30-45min wait during lunch.
