My experience at Rock Paper Scissors was great. I have had the same hairdresser for many years , but I wanted to try something new. the salon was clean and beautiful and Kelsey was friendly and welcoming. She took time to talk to me about my hair and I ended up with a great haircut! I will definitely be going back!!
