Since most classes are boxing based invest in a pair of your own gloves. They provide gloves, but may smell bad and may not have your right size.

First class was tough but Jenna the instructor was very accommodating and made me feel comfortable. It's a cool gym. Definetly glad I went! Looking forward to 14 more classes.

I had a great workout and will definitely go back. It would've helped to have someone show me where the towels were and what the process was for the class i.e. get dumbells, get my own step, etc. also some of the dumb bells need to be replaced
