Our apartment looked great, they did a wonderful job cleaning. My only criticism would be better communication on their end (answering the phone/returning messages). Other than that, good cleaning.

Awesome service!

I made my apt two weeks in advance and they never even showed up, they didn't even call to tell me they weren't coming and never apologized. This service is terrible.

They did not show up for the cleaning as scheduled.

They cancelled the first appointment I made. They did not show up for the 2nd appointment I made.

This is the worst cleaning service I have ever used. Not only were they over an hour late, they did a very poor job. I paid for 2 hours of service and they were finished within a little over an hour. Their cleaning products were of poor quality and since my house was all ready clean it seems they didn't feel they needed to put forth any effort. The sinks, tubs, toilets and floors looked the same. In the past the cleaning services I used always left my house smelling fresh clean and sparkling. This did not happen with this service. I would not recommend this service to anyone.

Took a long time to schedule. Once scheduled they canceled the day before only because I emailed to confirm. I agreed to buy their cleaning supplies even though most cleaning companies supply that with the service. Got billed a week before the service is even performed. Does not seem like a professional company

Awful service. Didn't even come clean my house and fought whither me via email
