Great experience, Cari did a wonderful job explaining the Erbium treatment and she did the treatment it in the gentlest way possible. I was impressed with the medspa and their system, they are very professional.

The Laser Cafe is very careful with your skin. They consult with you for no charge and evaluate your skin. The Erbuim was thorough and the nurse took the time to numb me very well. It's friendly, clean and local.

Best experience ever! The staff are amazing, they made everything seamless and easy from booking, to day of treatments, to working with changing schedules and appointments. Great service and the numbing cream was the best I’ve ever had

They were very nice. I did the Erbium Laser treatment and after the swelling went down, which took about two days, my skin now looks amazing. Wow!

I had a great treatment today with Cari. I was offered an upgrade to a LaseMD because the IPL machine was not working properly, which I really appreciated them for doing. Cari was very friendly, personable, thorough and knowledgeable. I am happy with the results and look forward to seeing her again. The entire staff is very nice too. Thank you!!!

The facility is very comfortable, clean, organized and friendly. Myra was gentle and patient. They also use copious amounts of topical anesthetic, which I hugely appreciate. All in all, a good experience.
