This is my first experience with boxing of any sort. This is a great gym. Everyone is very friendly and willing to help you if you have any questions. I highly recommend this gym to everyone!

I'm a very girly girl and the guys have been nothing but amazing. My 3 friends and I decided to do something fitness wise and we chose boxing. Rocco, he works the front desk answered all of our 50,000 questions. Nester our coach has a lot of patience
