Our kids loved this place!It was wonderful,we LOVED this patch. the people working there were so nice, took our family picture with our kid.s adorable face painting. The tiger slide was a blast, and they let us go on that even though it was not part of package. fantastic deal and we already came back without the deal.

There's a lot of jump house for the kids to play on, but not as many pumpkins as a imagined. The people working we're friendly too!

People were incredibly frIendly and helpful. Variety of jumpers for the kids and decent prices for pumpkins.

Enchanted Pumpkin is great for families with.child/ren under 4 years old. The 7 or so jumpers were small that a small.child can have fun in. But my.children are 8, 7, 5. My older two didnt care for.the small bouncers. They mainly stayed at the petting section.wheres there are a few lambs, goats, chickens and some chicks at a separate section. We bought the Family Fun Package at $35....which was fine, but thought the place.offered more variety in terms of jumpers n rides. The place is set in a parking lot of a church, so its smaller than what I expected. The staff were super friendly. They were nice to give our children ample time on the bouncers they like instead of the 5 min limit.

Some of the staff were great and others not so great. I had one staff member tell us our time was up literally 1 minute after we left the petting zoo. Perhaps she didn't realize that we had left and re-entered. The pumpkins we got were beautiful - I mean amazing! I wish there were more things to do for my little one. It didn't seem that the adult things were really being used much anyway. I don't know why I couldn't bounce with my little one; other places let me bounce and there has never been an issue.

I paid $35.00 so that my grandchildren could get in a bounce house! And spend 5 minutes in a petting zoo! This was very disappointing in comparison to The Pumpkin Factory. I feel as if the Enchanted Country literally stole from us. I plan on complaining to the property management and the owners. It excluded EVERYTHING in the park and yes, it was in the fine print. But never did I think they would charge people on fixed incomes for a bounce house, I really thought there would be more to it. VERY disappointing, their competitors offered a much better, affordable and fun deal

The site is smaller than what we expected, plus the poor management. The tickets we bought can't be used on other things like games, animal food, or popcorn..I can understand but most of their jumpers are so small and not fun enough for our 6-years-old kids. I ended up with so many tickets wasted...
