The piece was a special order. Unfortunately, the frame was rare and in demand. It took a month to complete? Turned out great! Richard was very sympathetic to the situation. He gave an additional significant percentage off for the wait! It's been a long time since I have had a business reimburse for an inconvenience!

I’ve gotten several pieces done with Paul Madher Gallery, and Richard is always a pleasure to work with! He’s always got a great eye for what will work well for a piece, and is really fun to collaborate with.

I’ve had a number of items framed before at Paul Mahder Gallery. Richard is the best. I haven’t been there for a number of years but he remembered me and the items I had framed and ones we decided against. He is so helpful and knowledgeable with colors and textures. If he wasn’t there to help me I’d have definitely ruined a number of pieces as I don’t have the “eye” for design. It’s definitely worth the price for the quality of their workmanship. And he’s honest.
