About The San Francisco Mead Company

The San Francisco Mead Company is an urban production facility that breathes new life into mead, the oldest fermented alcoholic spirit. The mead maker uses raw and organic ingredients, including raw honey procured from local beekeepers, to craft a variety of meads ranging from dry to sweet. The owner leads full tasting tours during which guests can watch the process of multiple meads being made, sample in-progress and finished meads, and leave with a tasting glass.
