Everyone is very friendly and encouraging. I felt welcome despite being very out of shape. The coach is extremely helpful, attentive, and showed me modified exercises that I would find challenging at my skill level. I've attended class two days in a row and will definitely be coming back for more.

CFA is amazing! I was looking to get back into shape after a long hiatus from working out and this was just the place to do it. The work out are just as fun as they are challenging so things are never boring. Also, I always leave the gym feeling like I accomplished something. So, working out at CFA as been just as positive for my mental health as it has been for my physical health. The members and trainers are all incredibly friendly. It's just a really great place to work out. Also, they have tampons, bobby pins, and hair ties for ladies to use in the bathroom! So amazing! I can't say enough about how awesome this place is.
