I was very pleased with the service provided. They were very courteous and professional. They arrived on time and did a great job.

They did not dust and wipe down picture frames and windows like they said they would.

Three housekeepers came, all very nice. Kitchen did need more attn than bthrms & upon closer inspection (took pics/tip of $30/should have checked first) of all areas that was given "basic" cleaning attn, UNACCEPTABLE FOR PROF SERVICE, WOULD NOT USE.

I believe they stole some items from my house unless they put it somewhere i have yet to find

The worst cleaning service that I hv had. Firstly, I was shocked to hear from them that it will be only a 90mt session with only 2people. After some talking, they agreed for a 15mt extra time. Two girls came. One of them started working on master bath and she took an hour to clean it! The other one started with the second bathroom and after that she went on to clean kitchen. She ended up not cleaning the oven, stove top still had lot of dust, she couldn't clean the hood as she was not tall enough, she just ran her vacuum through my wooden floors and ended up damaging my hardwood floors(scratches and chipping) and mopped them(after wetness was gone I could see LOT of dust still on the floors)

Sorry I cannot recommend this company. The people are nice but totally clueless. I had a 1 o'clock appointment. At 1 o'clock they called to say they would be up to 2 hours late. 2.5 hours later i call and they tell me they are like Comcast and the appointment time is more like a 4 hour window. Wish someone would have tthey came to clean it. old me that this company models themselves after Comcast because i would have never bothered. Then the person rearranged EVERYTHING in my house. When I said something she apologized and said she cannot remember where things go so she doesn't try. Cleaning job was average but decent, but I would go crazy is everything in my house was rearranged everytime.

The cleaning team arrived 1 & 1/2 hrs late and the company informed us of their delay only 1 hr after the appointed time, that too after we made several calls from our end. The cleaning itself was very mediocre and we will have finish cleaning ourselves.

They left out some important detailing about cleaning. floor was mopped properly but after they left, we found their wet and swamp cleaning cloth on our bed with a bed sheet on top !
