I couldn’t recommend Fit for Life Solutions enough. The couch Dan is amazing! Setting up an account was fairly easy and scheduling classes is simple as well. The area is set up to comply to Covid-19 requirements.

This is a crazy good deal! The classes really push you, but it is extremely motivating. Everyone is in it together, and we help keep each other going. I was so sore week one, but kept at it, and am seeing results!

I am impressed! I’ve followed the meal plan, gone to a workout four days this week, and lost five pounds! I can’t believe it! My BMI is about 130, and I weighed 165 going into the program. If I am hinder after my protein and carbs, I can eat as much veggies as I want, and I eat until I’m full.
