They were good!

The best pedicure I have ever got ! Lili (spelling?) spent a good 1 hour on my feet giving attention to every detail ! She even scrubbed the rough parts off the feet (something that I'm sure other spas would charge extra for) and gave my feet the most wonderful massage ! Highly recommended. I am definitely going back !

It took a while to get an appointment and at first they just kept saying they would call me back but I had to keep calling them

Staff was unorganized, had bad costomer service skills and poor quality of services-nail painting. Would NOT recommend to anyone.

Better customer service just give the customer what they want.

Bad for nails & hair

I had a mani/pedi done and added on the Shellac manicure. Pedi was fine. Shellac services I am extremely disappointed with. I should have known better when you tried to send me out the door with red nails and pink around the edges. When I said something, someone came over and put a regular top coat. My understanding was that Shellac lasted for weeks. It has been exactly one week, and the top coat is peeling off, and the edges around my cuticles are peeling and lifting off. If you don't know how to do the Shellac, don't offer the services. This is the WORST manicure I have ever gotten and wasted money on the Shellac and will have to spend money elsewhere to get it done right!
