Ana is honest and does not try to sell product. As a matter the products she suggested were under $10 & 100% natural ingredients, products targeted your skin type! She is very knowledgeable about products. Within minutes Ana knew exactly what kind of skin type I had, what the problems were, and how to fix them. Ana truly wants to help your skin be the best possible skin. The location is not a typical spa setting, her room is located inside of a wig shop, although inside her private room it is peaceful and relaxing . So much so that I dozed off a few times. Ana is a very personable woman, who knows her stuff! For myself, my face recently has been going through some things. Thanks to her expertise I learned there were products and everyday procedure that I didn't need or that were working against me. I like that fact that shared her knowledge and the fact that I speak Spanish made things feel more motherly, family orientated. Ana's spa is located in a hair boutique with an owner who also is an entrepreneur, friendly and honestly good spirits!!!! def. recommend Ana, changed my face for sure!

room was clean, utensils were brand new in package, Ana was very professional and knowledgeable.
