The massage therapist rubs lotion on your back, but not enough pressure or working on the muscles is performed. There could be some improvement there, but everything else is great. The staff are wonderful too

I forgot the name of the girl I got but she was awesome - my shoulder and neck felt a million times better. The only feedback would be to ask the folks talking in the hall outside the room to be quieter or play music or something to drown them out.

The only thing that was an issue is that I has an apt. booked for 12:30pm and they were 20 mins late, making me late for work.
