Wonderful experience. quiet, very caring Staff. I am a beginner and the instructor gave instruction for modification. She also kept an eye to ensure I wouldn't hurt my bad shoulder. Highly recommend.

This is a very peaceful and nurturing little yoga studio. I'm really enjoying my classes and feel very comfortable here which is so important as I am beginning my journey of getting back in to yoga for the first time in several years.

Beginner yoga and yoga for stiff people were awesome. yoga for stiff people was a little more challenging. Beginner yoga left me more relaxed than I have been in a long time. both instructors were gifted.
