A beginner class would be great that helps those unfamiliar with the mega reformer machine get up to speed with the rest of the class.

I have worked out for years, basically most of my life. Ths is something that has caught my attention to try for 3 months straight to see if my flexibility and balance improve. Seafit is friendly and prompt in answering any email questions. I appreciate a professional work environment.
