The studio is bright and clean, easy to access, with a little parking at the back if you drive there. I tried several classes, and all the teachers were good. Missy is the one who made me sign up for life. Her meditative restorative yoga with soundbath is just what I need to reset. Plus she is fab, and funny.

Fantastic atmosphere! Instructors don't 'holler' from the front of the studio to correct you, but instead personally (and quietly) modify your positions
