facial itself was nice and relaxing. however, the aesthetician only worked on me for about 30 minutes or so when it should have been 60 minutes. i arrived a few minutes late, so i understood that my time was cut short, but i was surprised that she finished up at about 20 minutes before the hour, rather than on the on the hour.
