I really liked it. I was so nervous that it would be too hot for me to handle but I was able to stay through out. The instructor was good and the place is really nice and clean. I would use the coupon and attend as many as classes I can.

I really like it, I started out really stiff but half way through I can feel that my body start to be flexible more! I love to keep it up!!

Incredibly knowledgeable instructors. Professional top quality classes. Great injury prevention and modifications offered for a first timer. Only improvement would be a drinking fountain available.
