The place is cozy and welcoming with lots of necessary supplies, ( if you forget your own) and the teachers are excellent, with deep passion for their work. Every time, I felt energized and peaceful!

Warm, welcoming and clean studio. Wonderful teacher (Carolyn) made me feel comfortable and made an effort to get to know my name. Enjoyed my first class and looking forward to more! I’m a beginner and the Yin class was a perfect start.

The beginner and stretching classes with Noel are excellent. She completely walks you through each move, and shows variations for any level. Highly recommended!
