Wonderful service explained menu and how chicken was cooked, very cheerful and overall nice experience. I liked the fact that when asked if we ever been there the menu was explained in detail.

Very nice, friendly patronage and customer service! Large servings, attractive food arrangement. I got a chicken bowl. Only complaint is the chicken was pretty dry. I would recommend they marinade it more for tenderness. The Burrito and quesadilla were very good. We will be back!

The grilled chicken is awesome. It is so hard to find grilled bone in chicken anywhere...great for diets.

El Pollo Norteno is so good! Their chicken is fresh and flavorful and BIG. All their food tastes wonderful, and their salsa and flan is home-made and delicious.
