Have only been to one of the ten classes. Hoever the first day introduction was great. They were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. I loved the first class. It was a little more strenuous thatn I had expected for a first time but still enjoyed it.

My son took his first class yesterday. The class itself seems great so far but the process of registering and getting someone to explain the process is really disorganized.
